Thankful for Caroline Girvan and Tracy Anderson with a Variety of Programs and Training Templates with Many Tools in the Toolbox to Train

Where I live in the rural country and there are no gyms near me, even though I have created my own indoor and outdoor gym. I am thankful for the online trainers with a variety of training methods. It has given me many tools in the toolbox to train myself is a wonderful gift of learning.

I add a variety of methods to my training. Such as I love exploring different styles of training. An example of that is I do programs from Caroline Girvan and Tracy Anderson. They are opposite trainers from my perspective. Tracy is about lightweights and Caroline is about heavyweights. I feel and see the body benefits from both training templates and the variety is fun too.

Weekly Log - December 24th – December 30th - Training and Refueling

  • Workout Week: 3 Full Rest Days - 1 Hiking Day - 3 Training Days
Training Thoughts: Even with the Holiday a Great Workout Week
  • Following a program from online trainers is fun. What I love most is creating a routine of my favorite videos from their programs. My ideal weekly template is a leg day, plus chest triceps, and abs, as well as a glute day, plus back biceps, shoulders, and core too. In addition, hiking days for cardio movement while in the outdoors are good for my mind and body.
Fueling the Workout: Felt Fully Fueled for My Training
  • This eating more experiment is wow I feel stronger through eating more. I realized that fueling the body is just as important as fitness they work hand in hand. My thought process behind my meals is real foods of protein, carbs, and fat with each eating session to feed the body.

- Beef Jerky and Mixed Dried Fruit
- Beefy Butter Burgers: bread, mayo, pickles, lettuce, tomatoes, onions

Wednesday - Fitness Log: Just a Hiking Day - Cardio Day
Type of Hike: Pole Hiking Day
Notes: I use two trekking poles one in each hand for a full-body workout.
- One Hiking Session: Sunrise-Noon Hiking in Nature -
Weather: Had the hiking bug on another warm day during winter, love it. Normally, there would be snow on the ground with chilly days and colder nights. It has been so mild, the pastures are sprouting green vegetation and the animals are grazing the growing grass in December.
