I love the variety in my weekly workout schedule. These fitness apps are a priceless gift that is worth the self-investment. Wonderful fitness communities that are different with the same purpose to create a strong body. FOOD-FASTING at the moment: I go back and forth with fasting and fueling templates. However, I always feel more energetic through more fasting hours compared to more fueling hours in my day. I still, try to eat enough calories to fuel my training sessions. What motivated this post was I see it with the humans around me right now. Many people did not take their bodies for a walk for years and now they cannot walk at all. Anyway, time to change up my training again and to add more structure via apps. During warmer summer and spring months, I enjoy training myself. This week and into next week, experiment with the same or similar exercises each day but with different variations. I like playing around with different styles of training and also it keeps my exercising exciting. Weekly Fitness Notes: My training focus was to work muscle groups twice this week with high intensity. My light intensity days with the same routine on Sunday and Tuesday of pilates, yoga, ballet-barre mix along with crawling-calisthenics plus sprinting. High-intensity days were Monday and Friday with the same repeated routine of legs, chest, triceps, shoulder presses, and abs with dumbbell farmer walks. The cooler temperatures made training so much more enjoyable.
