Maybe nobody assassinated John O'Keefe but slipped during a snowstorm with drunken wobbly footsteps, hit his head, slid into a hidden snowbank, and then accidentally unalive himself.

Speculating in a conspiracy theory that no one person hit John O'Keefe with a vehicle and no other people beat him to death.
