January 20th - Felt Energized and Blessed on this Day.
Day: Started: 4AM with Beloved Black Coffee.
Daily-Thanks for the Blessed Farm Being in WI, USA.
Weather: Below Zero then Above Zero Cold.
Chores: Farm-Animals-Feed, House, Farm-Animals-Feed, Train, Cook
Favorite Moment: Group of Wild Male Turkeys on the Yard.

Strength Training: Bench-Dumbbells-Barbells – Hip Thrusts, Floor Banded Glute Exercises / Incline-Bench: Presses-Pushes, Arms.

Meal: Frozen Pizzas (oven-cooked) and Lemonade (homemade)
Two Small Pizzas: Sausage-Cheese and Bacon-Cheese.
(from discount grocery store with expired and misshaped foods)
For some strange reason: Craving Lemonade in Winter.
- Lemon juice, added orange juice for sweetness and water.

One Day Warmup with Bunch of Chores in
Preparing for the Next Round of Subzero Weather.

January 21st - Thankful for One Warmer Day within a Week of Cold Days.

Day: Started: 3AM with Beloved Black Coffee.
Daily-Thanks for the Blessed Farm Being in WI, USA.
Weather: Above Zero of Still Cold but Warmer.

Chores: Farm-Animals-Feed, Stockpiled Firewood and Wood Pellets for the Subzero Weather, House-Laundry, Farm-Animals-Feed, Train, Cook
Favorite Moment: The Warmer Weather while Sun is Shining.

Strength Training: Bench-Dumbbells-Barbells – Lunges, Step Ups, Standing Banded Glute Exercises / Standing: Presses-Pulls, Arms.

Meal: Chicken Macaroni and Cheese with Lemonade.
Box: White Cheddar Mac-Cheese and Chicken Breast.
(from discount grocery store with expired and misshaped foods).
- Lemon juice, added orange juice for sweetness and water.
