Cozy to follow workouts through apps and online offerings during the winter months. However, during the warmer months, I love to train myself. I know all the exercises by heart in my exercise toolbox. There is beauty in following training templates created by others. Also is something powerful in creating training templates for myself. It becomes an intuitive experience within the motions of movement that my body craves in that moment is spiritually and physically powerful.
Also, micro-workouts into many sessions throughout a day instead of one session. Living in the country on a farm, everything becomes a training session. Such as lifting 50-pound feed bags while doing squats and bicep curls with hay bales. I have done this micro-training in the past and it created the strongest athletic body, I ever had. Why I think it creates amazing strength it is because our bodies are meant to move throughout the day instead of just one session.
