Fitness Diary - Fun in My Fitness Journey with Outdoor Workouts
Right now having so much fun in my fitness body journey of intuitive training with traditional and nontraditional strength training within instinctive refueling with fasting and eating for the body.
- Intuitive Training - Playing Around with Exercises in a Variety of Angles
Going through a training phase of doing exercises forwards, backward, and sideways with the lower body, and for the upper body been playing around with flat, incline, and decline. Amazing that doing the same or similar exercises at different angles can create a new powerful workout.
New to my outdoor training are weighted farmer walks with dumbbells or a heavy bag of walking forwards, backward, and sideways to work different muscles. I live on a hill so I go up and down the hill, wow it is such a great workout. Then I added weighted walking lunges and walking squats because it pairs well with the farmer walks. Plus, step-ups forwards, sideways, and backward.
Something new for chest presses, I have always done flat and incline but randomly tried decline presses. Wow, the next day felt so many upper body muscles. Now doing flat, incline, and decline for other exercises too, for the back, biceps, triceps, and shoulders, as well as for abs-core.
- Instinctive Refueling - Eating for Fueling the Training
There are days I feel like fasting more while other days feel like eating more, there are days the body craves more animal protein and fats, and then other days I eat more carbs. My body and muscles thrive on beef more than other animal protein so that is a strong part of my refueling.
