Suns and Moons the Cheerful-Chores
with Sunrises within Moonsets and Sunsets within Moonrises.

The Day Started at 4AM: warm shower, make-drink coffee, braids hair into bun, put on wintery layers of clothing. Cheerful-Chores: feed-love-hug-animals: the moonsets and the sunrises, and then repeat with the sunsets and moonrises. The Weather-Watery Mix: misting-moisture into icy-snowy-slippery.

Curls-Presses-Rows-Pushes / Lunges-Squats-Deadlifts / Hip Thrusts.

Golabki: Polish Cabbage Rolls
Golabki Inspired Meal: I Put My Spin on It
- Cabbage: buttery browned cabbage halves-leaves
- Meat: pork bacon, ground beef, brown sugar
- Rice: white rice (cooked-beforehand)
- Veg: canned: whole tomatoes / spicy-sweet peppers

Cooked in the pan, not in leafs and added ingredients not normally used in the traditional Golabki. Browned cabbage halves with butter but not fully cook. Then cooked bacon-beef-rice-sugar, later added tomatoes-peppers-cabbage on top until heated.

My Polish grandmother once lived in the farmhouse I live in.
I have Poland Heritage via my Grandmother that made Polish Foods, such as Golabki.
