December 2025: The Moon Event then Awakened to a Red Dot on Forehead the Third Eye.

Minding majestic moon at midnight then awakened at sunrise to a red dot on the head-third-eye located-temple. Since that powerful moon and red-dot third-eye on forehead event in December. 

My being has not been the same since. More embedded with my energy being, it is healing my physical body. Healing physical particles of embed elements. For years, bump-pimple-like-lump on the butt is now gone in January.

Weather: Mild-Sunny-Slippery: Ice skating rink type of terrain via melting-refreezing. 
Wearing ice-fishing spikes on my boots to get around the yard.

Strength Training: Recovery-Rest Day.
One Meal Day: Steak-Eggs-Honey
Beef Steaks (from Angus-Holstein Steer).
Chicken Eggs (Fresh from Local Farmer).
Raw Honey (Organic Honey from Canada).

Favorite Moment: Seeing the Sunshine after Days of Cloudiness-Mistiness.
