Strength Training Theme: Dumbbells-Bench-Bands-Bags: Muscle Builder:
Glutes-Legs: Single Leg Hip Thrusts, Step-Ups, Lunges-Kicks. Arms-Upper: Presses-Pushes-Pulls
Daytime Snacks: Boiled-Eggs, Dried Fruit: Dates-Apricots.
Nighttime-Meal: Savory-Sweet-Spicy: Pork Steak
Pork Steak: Sliced into Strips with Eggroll Wrappers: Cut into Pieces.
The pork steak sliced into strips are cooked with butter-coconut-oil with spicy seasonings, variety of herbs and honey. After fully cooked, added eggroll wrappers cut into pieces, which get crispy while absorbing the flavors of cast iron pan.
