- Stayed Asleep the Dizzy Body Said it Needed Extra Sleep.

January 10th The Day: Started at: 4AM with Coffee.
Loving the Simple Farm Life, Wisconsin, USA. Weather: Cold-Cloudy: Ice skating rink type of terrain now with a fresh dusting with snow on top that makes it more slippery.
- Snacks: Protein Powder, Boiled-Eggs, Orange Juice.
Strength Training: Recovery-Rest Day.
Nighttime: One Meal: Sausage Eggrolls
- Polish Sausage (from Local Farmer).
- Eggroll Wrappers (from Discount Grocery Store).
- Honey Mustard (Yellow Mustard, Mayo, Honey).

January 11th The Day: Started at: 4AM with Coffee.
Weather: Cold: Feeling Tired of Winter and Craving Spring Already.
Wishing for an early spring of warm weather.
- Snacks: Protein Powder, Boiled-Eggs, Cheese, Dried Fruit
- Strength Training: Recovery-Rest Day.

Nighttime: Meal: Nothing.
That was not the plan to not eat a meal. However, I was so sleepy and dizzy, after the day within days of chores-etc. I did not publish a diary or cook a meal because I fell asleep and stayed asleep. My body needed sleep more than a meal.
