January 26th: Another Subzero Week and Chores Wind-Chill Cold.
Day: Started: 3AM with Beloved Black Coffee Brewed with Love.
Thankful for the Blessed Farm within Love Being Me in WI, USA.
Weather: Zero Mix of Below-Above-Below: Sunny-Cold-Calm
Favorite Moment: Creating-Eating my Beloved Meal.

Strength Stability Training: Light Dumbbells-Bands: Mix of Pilates-Yoga-Barre and Tai Chi.
My body is feeling lighter workouts thru stability training that enhances the strength training with heavier weights.

Homemade Meals for Fueling the Body.
Meal: Pork Stir-Fried: Coconut Oil, Honey-Herbs, Soy Sauce, White Rice.
Dessert: White Chocolate, Dried Fruit, Peanut Butter, Jersey Cow Milk.

January 27th: Feeling Hiking Fever but too Cold to go Hiking.
Day: Started: 3AM with Beloved Black Coffee Brewed with Love.
Thankful for the Blessed Farm within Love Being Me in WI, USA.
Weather: Zero Mix of Below-Above-Below: Sunny-Cold-Windy
Favorite Moment: Fewer Chores and Went to Sleep Earlier.

Strength Stability Training: Light Dumbbells-Bands: Mix of Pilates-Yoga-Barre and Tai Chi.
I love training-playing in the physical body thru building muscles-strength. I love being-feeling strong in my essence.

Meal: Ground Beef Taco Flavored Meatballs, Spaghetti, Salsa, Sour Cream.
