Awakened at 3AM no alarm my body just knows then shower, brews coffee in a retro coffee kettle on the stovetop. Sitting drinking coffee my meditation in quietness and watching pellet stove flames while air drying from shower then braid hair into bun. Get ready for chores my fashionable multiple layers: two socks, two tang tops, two pants, two hoodies, one hat, scarf, and gloves.

Farm chores twice in a day at sunrise then sunset a repeat of feeding animals with various outdoor-yard-farm and house tasks like laundry. No vacation in winter because animals need to be fed. In the warmer months, fewer feeding chores because eat in the pastures. Somewhere within sunrise to sunset: caretaking elders, blog, strength training-hiking, cook-eat-rest: Asleep by 9PM.

Daily Diary:

Sometimes, I eat one meal or two meals a day style of eating: right now, my body wants two meals a day. I always make time for training, it keeps my body-mind strong and feeling youthful. -- I do not believe in aging.

February 18th - Sunrise Raining then by Sunset Snowing.
Sunrise: Black Coffee / After Chores: Eggs, Bacon, Coffee
Strength Training Light: Calisthenics, Isometrics, Crawls.
Night: Homemade: Lamb Eggrolls, Sheep Milk, Apple Pie

February 19th - Mild Weather with Freshly Fallen Snow on the Muddy Ground.
Sunrise: Black Coffee / After Chores: Eggs, Bacon, Coffee
Strength Training: Dumbbells, Barbells, Kettlebells / Hiking Session
Night: Homemade: Lamb Chops, Potatoes, Sheep Milk, Apple Pie
