February 16th Another Mild Winter Weather Day.
Strength Training-Hiking: Full Rest-Recovery Day.
Sunrise: Eggs, Bacon, Dried Cranberries, Black Coffee.
Sunset: Sweet Sour Pork, Herbs-Veggies, White Rice.

February 17th: Mild Winter Weather but Windy that Made it Cold to be Outside.
Strength Training: Dumbbells Barbells: Full Body: Traditional / Untraditional
Sunrise: Eggs, Bacon, Dried Cranberries, Black Coffee.
Sunset: Taco Flavored Ground Beef, Salsa, Sour Cream, White Rice.

Migration Bird Diary: The Male Red-Winged Blackbirds have Arrived in March. The swampland has created a popular spot for red-winged blackbirds. The males have arrived and stay until November. I saw one eating on birdseed then heard multiples singing. Not all males arrive in March, only the determined that wants the desired spots for nesting. Example: this week a snowstorm, they go through a variety of weather patterns while guarding their spot in the swamp. Then the rest of males and females arrive in April-May. Migration Bird Diary: The Fox Sparrow has Arrived in March the Chicken Dancers. The Fox Sparrow: Dancing the Chicken Scratch Dance. The next bird migration arrival, seen eating on birdseed was the Fox Sparrow. I nicknamed the Fox Sparrow the chicken dance dancers. Because they scratch the ground with their feet as chickens do, to me it looks like are dancing. These sparrows do not nest here but do stick around until April-May. Eating Green Grapes so Amazing and Refreshing. During the winter months, I do not eat much raw fruit. Although I eat dried, frozen, or canned fruit.
