Daily Thanks: Started the Day at 3AM with a Cozy Shower then Beloved Black Coffee Brewed within Love Being Me is Thankful for the Blessed Farm in WI, USA.
Ended the Day at 8 PM: Sometimes the Best Part of the Day is Resting Again.

Weather winter cold but not arctic wind chillness and
so thankful to be able to play in the outdoors.

Indoor Training: My Simple at Home Gym.
STRENGTH Training: Dumbbells-Bench-Floor-Bands:
Incline-Presses-Curls-Crushers / Thrusts-Kicks-Lifts

Outdoor Training: TREKKING: Snow Hiking Session /
MOBILITY: Animal-Crawls, Pushups-Planks, Yoga, Tai Chi.

Foods-Fuel: Body-Being-Strong:
Protein Powders with Coffee Chocolate Drink
Ground Beef, Pasta, and Canned Tomatoes
Eggs, Peanut Butter, Cottage Cheese, Honey.
Notes: When I eat peanut butter, I always feel energized.

Favorite Moment of the Day: Training in the Outdoors Again
it Brightens the Body within Happy Being a Human.

April is Fooling with Winter Weather Ice Storm. The Wondering Winter that Will Not End in Wisconsin. The Moment it Feels like Spring it is Winter Again. The April Showers within Ice Storms in Everything was Covered in Ice. Not scared of snow blizzards but ice storms are more scary to me for various reasons. In thankfulness, did not lose electricity, no yard damages, and the internet was off but a minor matter. Wonderfully the Melting Ice from Storm has Sprouted more Grass Growing in the Pastures. Dear-Diary: Migration Birds the Sandhill Cranes, Female Red Winged Blackbirds, Cowbirds – Page 87-88

Migration Bird Diary: More March Arrivals: Sandhill Cranes, Female Red Winged Blackbirds, Cowbirds Female Red Winged Blackbirds: Many male Red-Winged Blackbirds arrived in early March and now the females have joined the males in their nesting spots in the swamp. Male and Female Sandhill Cranes: One of my favorite birds is the Sandhill Crane. Cranes do nest here in the pastures and some in the same spots as previous years. Male and Female Cowbirds: The cowbirds arrived and do nest here by putting their eggs in other birds nest. Many do not like cowbirds but I respect the creativity and brainpower of the cowbird. While other birds are caring for their young, the cowbirds follow the livestock around eating bugs in a sense is helpful to the animals. Daily Diary: Thankful for More Wonder...
