April 7th - Sunny Chilly Windy in Winter Hoodie Day. 3AM Awake: Cozy Shower, Beloved Coffee, Cherished Day of Chores-Being for Blessed Farm Life in WI, USA / Asleep: 9PM. Fitness: Strength Training: Build Muscles: Heavy Weights. Food – Coffee, Eggs, Cheese, Fruit – Stir-Fry: Pork Steak with Bacon, Cauliflower (garlic-cheese-herbs), Peanut Butter Honey Sandwich, Cow Milk.
