Fitness: Build Muscles: Strength Training: Lifting Heavy Weights. Food – Coffee, Eggs, Sardines, Fruit, Grilled Salmon Sandwiches, Cottage Cheese Dates Pancakes, Cow Milk.

Migration Bird Diary: Song Sparrow, Flycatchers, Whippoorwill, Finches, Ducks, Snow Geese. Song Sparrow Bird: The song sparrow has arrived to sing their pretty tunes. They do nest here and visit seed feeders. Whippoorwill Bird: A bird I hear but never see. They do nest here because I hear them throughout the warm weather months.
