Charmed Challenges Currently: Around Someone that Lives in Aches-n-Pains Body. The challenge currently is being around someone that lives within a hypochondriac mindset that something is always wrong with their physical body. The charmed essences of being around that energy contains many lessons on a soul level.

Positive Vibrations in Vortex of Positivity: The Body Just Knows it Flows Healthy. The human body a powerful vessel thru consciousness it is ageless thankfulness and self-healing gratefulness.

Fitness: Mobility Drills: Calisthenics-Isometrics-Sprinting. Food – Coffee, Eggs, Cheese, Fruit, Grilled Beef Steaks (herbs-butter), Potatoes Fries (coconut oil), Chocolate Peanut Butter Jelly Sandwich, Cow Milk.

April 13th - Summerlike Humidness: Sun, Storms, Rain. 5AM Awake: Cozy Shower, Beloved Coffee, Cherished Day of Chores-Being for Blessed Farm Life in WI, USA / Asleep: 10PM. Fitness: Build Muscles Exercises: Strength Training: Weights. Food – Coffee, Eggs, Sardines, Fruit, Grilled Chicken (herbs), Potatoes Fries (coconut oil), Plant-Based Protein Brownies, Cow Milk.
