Fitness – Build Muscles Exercises – Strength Training: Leg Day, Chest-Shoulders, Triceps-Abs. Food – Coffee, Eggs-Bacon, Dried Fruit – Grilled Beef Steaks, Grilled Beets, Goat Milk Ice Cream with Chocolate, Fruit, Nuts.

March 30th - Summerlike Warmth.

Fitness – Build Mobility Drills – Stability Training: Calisthenics-Isometrics-Crawls-Pilates-Yoga-Chi.
