Daily Diaries: The Holiday Weekend Started with Autumn Chilliness and Ended in Summer Humidness.

My strength training routine with the same exercises each week: squats-deadlifts, bridges-thrusts, lunges-kicks, step-ups, presses, pulls, curls, sprinting, weighted walks-hikes, stretching, and calisthenics.

My method of eating is for fueling my training routines of strength and hiking. My body loves when my meal contains protein, fats, and carbs. Right now, intermittent fasting for summer with one meal a day eating format. Lately, making homemade pizzas and ice cream with ingredients from the farm, farmer markets and garden.
