Daily Diary: Spring within Summer Warmth is Flowering Perfume with Humming Birds and Bees on the Flowers.

Wednesday: Saw First Hummingbird. Training: Leg Day with Chest-Triceps-Shoulders. Thursday: Garden Preparations. Training: Hiking-Stretching Day. Friday: Got Lawnmower Going: Mowed for the First Time this Year. Training: Glute Day with Back-Biceps.

Nourishment from Garden-Yard Now: Spring Onions-Garlic, Sprouting Herbs, Wild Edibles.

Favorite Homemade Friday Meal: Cauliflower Chicken Cottage Cheese Pizza, Guernsey Cow Ice Cream. Made crust with homemade bread dough, grilled chicken, cauliflower, cottage cheese, herbs-onions-garlic, canned tomatoes. Ice cream: Guernsey Cow: milk-cream whipped with melted white chocolate, frozen blueberries, all blended, and then freeze.
