I was debating whether to even continue blogging my fitness journey then randomly decided to keep logging it. Anyway, time to change up my training again and to add more structure via apps.

During warmer summer and spring months, I enjoy training myself. However, during cooler autumn and winter months, I like to follow fitness apps. The two apps I use are Caroline Girvan (cgxapp.com) and Tracy Anderson (tracyanderson.com). I have been training with Caroline and Tracy for years now and it is fun to continue my fitness journey with these two wonderful trainers.
